The welcome by the front office staff particularly Mr Adhikari was warm & friendly. In fact he ensured i was comfortable during the entire duration of my stay. I was upgraded to a suite at no extra cost which was a very nice gesture by the hotel. The staff manning room service & restaurant were courteous and friendly. Even the transport arangements made by the hotel for drop-pick up to & from Hotel Cicade where i was attending a conference was good though expensive. The driver who came to pick me up frm Cidade was very courteous and deserves a pat on the back.
There was confusion in my billing while checking out. I felt i was overcharged for the last night - breakfast. Transport facility (Travel Desk) was very expensive even though it was off season. I also have doubts on the integrity of the drivers arranged by the Travel Desk. I expected better service from the front desk while responding to my needs.

Very difficult to find something positive to say. The breakfast was very good with lots of choice and the staff there were polite and helpful. However, the room smelled stale and damp. The taxi monopoly was disgracefully overpriced. The girl on reception who made up our bill was surly, unhelpful and stupid. She couldn't convert rupees to pounds sterling and it took us almost an hour to sort it out. We also had to walk up hill to nearest road to get a decent price for a taxi. We will never stay here again and certainly never recommend it.

The service provided there was good. It was outstanding, neat and with a balcony. The breakfast was reasonably good for vegetarians, and the food was fab. The staff members were very-very nice and courteous.

The poolside at Sandalwood Hotel & Suites was a haven of relaxation. Although the towel service was occasionally slow, there was always a friendly staff member ready to assist. The spacious room featured a separate hall, bedroom, shower, and kitchen counter, making it perfect for families or larger groups. The nearby Vanguinim beach was just a 5-minute walk from the hotel grounds, and although the hotel is not centrally located, it offered a quiet and peaceful atmosphere. The buffet breakfast served at the hotel was sufficient, although the coffee could have been better. I would recommend Sandalwood Hotel & Suites for its friendly staff, comfortable accommodations, and enjoyable poolside experience.

The hotel's proximity to the beach was fantastic. Friendly and humorous staff, especially the waiters Victor and Mangal. Impressive buffet breakfast. Plenty of activities and venues to keep guests entertained. Clean and well-maintained property.
Nothing negative to say.

Located in a peaceful area, this hotel is steps away from an unspoiled shoreline. You can easily reach the bustling Panjim district within minutes. It’s great that the taxis here are not overpriced compared to nearby hotels. the rooms are spacious with complimentary toiletries in the bathroom. the helpful staff offers prompt room service and the breakfast is decent. Plus, the in-house dining is very convenient.
The hotel needs to work on soundproofing measures since loud parties disturb guests when hosted on the lawn.

The food standard is quite good and very helpful and friendly staff.
Rooms are a bit too basic with minimum furniture.
